Yes, You certainly can. When browsing our vehicles, simply click “my deal” to customize the payment term that works best for you then select the option that works best, and enter your contact information to reach you at. Within 1 hour (during business hours) our online sales manager will call to confirm the payment option and also to discuss if you’d like to add on additional protections such as warranty or rust protection to your payment. The online sales manager will also confirm if you’d like to add additional accessories to your payment such as tires, rims, bug deflectors, etc. The next step is to complete a pre-approval, which can be done online or with a simple 5-minute phone call. Once you’re approved, we will contact to you to discuss delivering the vehicle to your home, or you can choose to come pick your vehicle up at our dealership.

Absolutely, our facility in Woodstock, NB. is open for test drives, and in person transactions. We have social distancing protocols in place, and ask that all staff and customers respect our operational plan that has been approved by WORKSAFE NB to ensure the safety of our customers and staff members.

Delivery is available across the Maritimes. We are unable to assist customers outside of the Maritimes at this time. Delivery is available for all vehicles except for our Wholesale As-Traded vehicles.

Yes, we charge an administration fee, a licensing fee and etching fees.

  • The Administration fee for financed deals is $696. For cash deals, the administration fee is $399
  • Licensing fee including your choice of plate if applicable) is $238.
  • CYV Advantage is $299 (only available on New, New MVI, & Certified Pre-Owned vehicles).

When financing, the bank also charges a “PPSA” fee which is a “PERSONAL PROPERTY SALES AGREEMENT” fee the bank charges to the customer to register their lien in Canada. It typically ranges between $80-150

If you choose to have your vehicle delivered, you may be subject to a delivery fee based on distance from the dealership.

CYV Advantage includes a secure-gard etching & a one year tire hazard warranty.

Secure-Gard ® effectively deters thieves by marking your vehicle with a unique series of traceable I.D. numbers and branded decals. The I.D. numbers, VIN and your information are registered into a secure database. A replacement benefit of up to $4,000 for 3 years from the purchase date is provided if your vehicle is stolen and not recovered; this payment is made on top of what your insurance company pays. Your insurance deductible of up to $2,500 is reimbursed if the vehicle is recovered and requires repairs. Decal stickers on vehicle windows deter potential thieves. The decals are placed onto the windows and various body panels of the vehicle.

Tire-Gard® guarantees that if a road hazard flattens one or more of your tires, simply return to your Selling Dealership to have your tires repaired or replaced, at no cost to you. No matter how careful you are when driving, your tires are susceptible to damage such as potholes, debris from other vehicles, nails and screws, construction debris, glass, road cracks. In the event of road hazard damage bring your car to CYV. Mounting, balancing and installation are all covered with no deductible. Winter tires are also covered under the Tire-Gard ® warranty at no additional cost if they are purchased from us here at CYV. Replacement tires are not pro-rated. Tires will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage to your tires due to road hazards. You are allowed to repair/replace your tire as many times as your maximum aggregate of $800 allows. (Higher aggregate amounts with the purchase of a 3, 4 or 5 year Tire-Gard protection)

Typically, when you visit us in person, you will meet three people.

The Product Specialist: The Product Specialist will demonstrate the vehicle for you and answer any questions you may have before the sale. Upon purchase, they will be sure your vehicle is cleaned, all accessories are properly installed, and they will set up your vehicles electronics to suit your personally preferences. The product specialist will take care of you after the sale as well. They will ensure your satisfaction, and assist you with any questions that may arise after you leave the dealership.
The Sale Manager: The Sales Manager works with the Product Specialist to assist the customer with pricing and trade in value. The Sales Manager meets with you to discuss payment options, and they also will appraise your trade if necessary.
The Finance Manager / Credit Specialist: The Finance Manager is the last person you will meet at the end of your transaction. The Finance Manager arranges your loan with the banks or leasing company and completes your paperwork. The Finance Manager will also offer you a variety product to protect your investment such as extended warranty, rust protection, life insurance and disability insurance. They act as your liaison between you and the lenders.
You may also meet our friendly receptionist, and front desk manager. We also provide tours of our dealership where you can get acquainted with our service manager, service advisors, and other staff members on site. 

Absolutely. You can get your trade in appraised online, or in person at the dealership. Both options are completely free.
We have an estimator tool online, and on our “my deal” function on our website. This is a fantastic way to get an estimate of the value of your vehicle. All vehicles are subject to formal appraise to guarantee trade in value.

With every trade we purchase, we put it through a 150 multi-point inspection. We recondition the car and make it “like new” for the next owner who purchases it! We need to factor this in to your trade in value as well, so that we can be sure that we can retail it for a fair market value to the next customer.
We also include Carfax reports, a motor vehicle inspection, a full inside and outside detailing of the car, and we need to be sure we can pay to market the vehicle to other potential customers on the web. Those cost are built into the quote we offer.
If your vehicle is older, has noticeable cosmetic defects, an accident report, or higher than average mileage, it may fetch a lower price with our wholesalers.

CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED (CPO): A “CPO” vehicle meets exacting standards and are backed fully by a series of GM factory-backed warranties. With a GM Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, you can take advantage of our 24-hour Roadside Assistance program, and Exchange Privilege program. All Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles feature a standard minimum of 3 months or 5,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) General Motors Used Vehicle Limited Warranty. You can extend or upgrade to an even more comprehensive GM Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Protection Plan. You'll also appreciate the convenience of being able to transfer any existing warranties to a new owner, should you ever decide to sell your Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Each CPO vehicle has been inspected by licensed GM mechanics. During the inspection process, each vehicle must pass a check of a minimum of 150 different points. This ensures the vehicle is in excellent condition — inside and out. Plus, regular maintenance is performed and faulty components are repaired or replaced. If you're not completely satisfied with your choice, simply exchange it for another vehicle. Included with your Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle is a 30 day or 2,500-kilometer exchange privilege. This offer is subject to bank approval on financed purchases.

CYV NEW MVI: All CYV New MVI vehicles are fully inspected in accordance with the New Brunswick Motor Vehicle Safety Department. There is no complementary warranty provided with these vehicles. Extended service agreements are available for purchase. There are no exchange privileges with these vehicles.

CYV WHOLESALE AS-TRADED: CYV welcomes all trade ins and with some trade ins, we elect not to complete the work needed to update the New Brunswick Motor Vehicle Inspection (MVI). These are auction vehicles that typically need repairs, have above average mileage, have cosmetic defects or blemishes, and are older model years. As-Traded vehicles are sold without an inspection, without warranty, and have no exchange policy, we recommend you visit our store to inspect and test drive the vehicle. These vehicles are not available for doorstep delivery.
